Hebrew School

hebrew school copy Imagine a Hebrew School where your kids won't want to miss a day!  They come in with a smile and leave humming... and every lesson is a unique learning experience.  Families of all backgrounds feel comfortable as our school welcomes every Jewish child regardless of affiliation. Our students gain an appreciation for the joys, values, and traditions of our heritage, brought to life by dedicated and enthusiastic teachers.

Friendship Club

friendship club copyEast Brunswick, besides being a fabulous community, is now home to the newly founded Friendship Club dedicated to enlisting and empowering area teens to organize and demonstrate their care for the elderly and infirm. Each week on Fridays during the summer months, the teens, ranging in age between 12 and 16, mobilize and visit residents of the Chelsea Assisted Living Center providing engaging and enjoyable culturally artistic and theatrical activities . They also distribute mini Challah rolls, as well as flowers in honor of Shabbat – the Sabbath, sponsored in part by the Shop Rite of East Brunswick. The teens, who are all part of Chabad of East Brunswick’s Bas Mitzvah Program,  will also be conducting  musical performances, as well as participating in fun activities and projects bringing smiles on the faces of the senior participants.

Teen Adventure Camp

adventurecampJet skiing!  Amusement Parks! Camping! Bonfires! Arcades! Swimming! And much, much more! We believe a summer is a golden opportunity for young teens to explore their budding intellectual capabilities in discovering Judaism while at the same time having a tremendous amount of fun.  A two day camping trip in the summer at Chabad's Adventure Program helps the campers understand more about what being Jewish means to them. Teens come away with a new perspective on who they are and what their heritage is about.
